We are aware there may be some delays with Royal Mail deliveries during these challenging times.

We are following the advice of Public Health England (PHE) and are still operating as normally as possible. We are constantly reviewing the situation and will update this information as and when changes occur.

Public Health England (PHE) has advised that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the coronavirus (COVID-19). It is currently understood that these types of viruses don’t survive long on objects such as letters or parcels.

Public Health England (PHE) have said that there is no current evidence to suggest that the virus can be transmitted from packages.

All our UK deliveries are handled by Royal Mail, who have already put extensive plans into place. Royal Mail will not be handing over their hand-held devices to customers to capture signatures. Additionally, for all customers (including those who are self-isolating) where they need to deliver any parcel that won’t fit through your letterbox, they will place your item at your door. Having knocked on your door, they will then step aside to a safe distance while you retrieve your item. This will ensure your item is delivered securely rather than being left outside.

At this time, most deliveries are taking up to five working days, due to the measures that have been put in place. 

Returns extended

As the situation with Coronavirus evolves, we are increasing our returns deadline to 90 days for the foreseeable future. So if you need to send something back to us but can't get to the Post Office (or don't feel safe doing so), there's no hurry.



Orders are generally processed within one business day. This excludes weekends and bank holidays.

For orders shipped within GB, our standard delivery charge is £2.50. If your order totals over £15.00, we send on a Royal Mail 48hr service free of charge. This service is not tracked, but you will receive a reference number, and the package will be scanned by the postman on delivery.

If you would like the peace of mind of tracking your package and signing upon arrival, we have a tracked 'UK 1-2 days' option available for £5.00.

We deliver via Royal Mail (or other courier at our discretion), and require a physical delivery address (not a PO Box) as items delivered by courier will require a signature.

Please allow an extra day or two for deliveries to Northern Ireland, which are charged at £10.00. You may be charged import duties & taxes.


For orders going to the EU the cost for delivery is £10.00, this service is tracked. You may be charged import duties & taxes.

For orders going to Canada and the USA the cost for delivery is £10.00, this service is tracked. You may be charged import duties & taxes.

For orders going to Australia and New Zealand the cost for delivery is £20.00, this service is tracked. You may be charged import duties & taxes.



We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from us. If you need to make a return simply send your unwanted item within 30 days of receipt (90 days during the Coronavirus pandemic), unused and in its original condition with your completed returns form to:

We do not refund shipping and handling charges and you are responsible for all shipping costs on merchandise being returned to us.

Always ask for proof of posting to ensure a full refund, even if your parcel gets lost.

For exchanges please return the unwanted item back to us for a refund and place a new order.

Faulty / Incorrect Items

If we have sent you the wrong item or it has been damaged in transit we will cover the shipping fees back to us and offer you a full refund or exchange.
