CHRISTMAS 2019 DELIVERY AND OPENING TIMES 

For UK orders, please order by 19th December to give your order the best chance of arriving in time for Christmas.

We will be open and sending out orders up until the 23rd December, though we strongly advise to keep to the date above to get your order in time.

Our office and distribution warehouse shuts from 23rd December and reopens 2nd January.

DELIVERY - UK

Orders are generally processed within one business day. This excludes weekends.

For orders shipped within the UK, our standard delivery charge is £3.00. If you would like the peace of mind of signing for your delivery upon arrival, we have a 'Signed For' option available for £6.00.

If your order totals over £40.00 we send on a Royal Mail 1st Class (Signed For) service free of charge.

We deliver via Royal Mail (or other courier at our discretion), and require a physical delivery address (not a PO Box) as items delivered by courier will require a signature.

Please allow an extra day or two for deliveries to Northern Ireland.

DELIVERY - EU, CANADA, USA, OZ & NZ

For orders going to the EU the cost for delivery is £8.00, this service is tracked.

For orders going to Canada and the USA the cost for delivery is £10.00, this service is tracked.

For orders going to Australia and New Zealand the cost for delivery is £20.00, this service is tracked.

 

RETURNS PROCESS

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from us. If you need to make a return simply send your unwanted item within 30 days of receipt, unused and in its original condition with your completed returns form to:

We do not refund shipping and handling charges and you are responsible for all shipping costs on merchandise being returned to us.

Always ask for proof of posting to ensure a full refund, even if your parcel gets lost.

EXCHANGES

For exchanges please return the unwanted item back to us for a refund and place a new order.

Faulty / Incorrect Items

If we have sent you the wrong item or it has been damaged in transit we will cover the shipping fees back to us and offer you a full refund or exchange.
